The ingredients for this Creamy Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken are very simple and you likely already have everything you need.
Chicken (I love using chicken thighs but breasts or tenderloins work great)
Buffalo Sauce
Ranch Powder Seasoning
Hiland Dairy Cream Cheese
Buns
Toppings: extra buffalo sauce, blue cheese, ranch, chips, slaw, shredded carrots, pickles, etc.
Step one: Lay the chicken on the bottom of the crockpot and then layer the ranch powder, buffalo sauce and cream cheese on top. Let the crockpot do its thing for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low. Stir everything together halfway through cooking.
Step two: Once chicken is cooked, use 2 forks to shred the chicken. Stir the shredded chicken up in the sauce then serve! Top on a bun and add your favorite toppings.

3 lbs chicken breasts or thighs
1 packet ranch seasoning powder (1 ounce)
1 cup Buffalo wing sauce
8 ounces Hiland Dairy Cream Cheese
In a slow cooker, add the chicken, then top with ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce and cream cheese.
Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours. Stir together halfway through.
Once chicken is cooked, shred with two forks then serve on buns. Top with favorite toppings like buffalo sauce, ranch of blue cheese, or cole slaw.
