I haven’t officially done an ancestry.com test but I’m pretty sure I’m at least 7% Irish…maybe 8%. So clearly I need to celebrate the holiday in a big way. Although I’m not in my 20s anymore celebrating in Chicago with a green been, I am into making some fun and delicious SPD food!

Super easy to make Reuben Sliders with all the classic flavors of corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese and sauce. Perfectly cooked and melty on a Hawaiian Roll.

A fun, colorful, easy and delicious Rainbow Ice Cream. No ice cream maker needed for this happy ice cream.

These are so fun, easy and SO good! These are chewier than a regular Rice Krispie treat, more marshmallow goodness packed into them. Major hit with the kiddos!

A classic Irish Soda Bread with a crusty outer layer and a soft, dense inside. The Hiland Buttermilk makes this bread soft and rich plus a layer of melted butter on a warm piece is the perfect bite. Easy to make with simple ingredients in this traditional Irish recipe.

Strawberries, oranges, pineapple, grapes and blueberries. Done and Done. Then the dip. The dip is optional for the fruit, BUT I highly suggest you give this dip a try. Lemon Cream Fruit Dip is the next dip you never knew you needed. It’s sweet and creamy and the perfect amount of lemon flavor.

These don’t really taste anything like Guinness, but rather a super deep chocolate flavor that is paired perfectly with the “tan” creamy frosting. The Guinness just brings out the chocolate flavor and makes these cupcakes super moist.
