Hot Fudge Sauce

Have you ever made your own hot fudge sauce? I’m not talking chocolate sauce or some melted chocolate chips over ice cream, I’m talking super thick, creamy and rich hot fudge sauce. It’s so insanely good and easy to make! Nothing fancy and just a saucepan needed. I swear, you will never go back to the jar stuff.

Only 5 ingredients! I also bet you already have them in your kitchen: powdered sugar, evaporated milk, chocolate chips, butter and vanilla extract. So easy and amazing!

This reminds me of the type of thick fudge that they have in the Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cakes. You know, the layer that is fudge and cookie crumble all mixed together. Also known as the best layer. Oh many, when the warm hot fudge mixes with cold ice cream and gets a little melty, is there a more perfect bite? The BEST!

Grab your ingredients and start making this fudge sauce! If you make it, take a pic, post it and tag #lolohk I love to see what you are making! Be sure to follow me over @lolohomekitchen on Instagram and Facebook for the latest recipes.
