There was a restaurant several years ago and the name of it is escaping me right now. Plate? Spoon? Eat? It was something super simple. Anyways, they made the BEST Hummus ever. It was a honey garlic hummus served with warm and soft pita bread and I still think about it. I have spent years trying to find something that will come close with no success. After numerous tries in my kitchen, I’ve come very, very close. Best part is that it’s easy and you can make in a blender.
I could eat this hummus with a spoon, however, making your own warm and soft pita bread chips is the best decision you can make to pair with this. Really, with any dip at all. Pita bread is never a bad idea.
