Mini S’mores Bites are the perfect little bite size treat that is easy to make and filled with classic s’mores flavors.

We’ve traded graham crackers for Golden Grahams cereal and combined with a milk chocolate chip and a mini marshmallow. Put them all together and you has a poppable s’more.

What ingredients do you need?

Only three ingredients for these little S’mores Bites and that’s all you need for these delicious little treats.

  • Golden Grahams Cereal
  • Mini Marshmallows
  • Milk Chocolate Chips

How to Make S'mores Bites?

S’mores Bites are pretty darn easy. Like, really easy. Three ingredients, smush them together, heat them up until melty and pop in your mouth. Easy. The hardest part is knowing you will likely have to make a lot of these little bites because they go quickly and are addicting.

I found there are two ways to make these S’mores Bites. Either way works and gets the same result.

1- Take two pieces of Golden Grahams cereal and stack them around a mini marshmallow and a milk chocolate chip. Place the stack on a baking sheet and heat at 300 degrees for 3-4 minutes.

2- In a microwaveable bowl, melt about 1/2 cup of milk chocolate chips 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each time until smooth.

– Spread a bit of the melted milk chocolate on one side of a golden graham then place the mini marshmallow on the chocolate and then spread more chocolate on another golden graham and stack together around the marshmallow. Bake at 300 degrees for 3-4 minutes.

Golden Grahams Cereal

Mini Marshmallows

Milk Chocolate Chips

Instructions

You can go about making this bite size snack in a couple different ways. Either melting the chocolate chips or placing the chocolate chips as a layer. I prefer melting the chocolate and spreading only because the stacking method doesn’t stay stacked as easily but either way will work great.

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt about 1 cup of milk chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments and stir after each time until smooth. (This step is optional, you can place the chocolate chip as a layer in the s’more bite as well)

3. Time to layer! Grab one piece of Golden Graham Cereal, spread a small amount of the chocolate on one side of the golden graham, place a mini marshmallow on top of the chocolate, spread another bit of chocolate on another golden graham and then layer on top of the marshmallow. Place the whole thing onto the baking sheet.

4. If you don’t melt the chocolate, all you do is stack the Golden Grahams around the marshmallow and chocolate chip. Place the bite size snack on the baking sheet.

5. Repeat until you have the amount of S’mores Bites you like and then place the baking sheet in the oven for 3-5 minutes. Remove and enjoy!

  1. I love this so much! It was a really fun summer day activity with the kids and their friends– until we lost our patience with stacking the little s’mores and trying to keep them together– so I ultimately spread them out on a parchment-lined pan and let them melt together in a pile – and we enjoyed them as “S’mores Nachos”. We loved them so much that I made a huge pan of them ahead of time and took them to a baseball tournament. I put them in an aluminum pan covered in foil and let the sun re-warm them during the game. Then, in between games I opened it up and let everyone dig in. It was a huge hit!

    1. S’mores Nachos are genius!! I need to try that! So happy everyone loved them, definitely adding S’mores nachos to my list.
