Yum Yum Sauce is a classic Japanese Steakhouse sauce that goes great with steak, chicken, shrimp or rice. Great for dipping or for drizzling.

This Yum Yum Sauce Recipe is incredibly easy to make in less than 5 minutes. I like mine a bit more sweet so I may add a tiny bit more sugar. You may like yours a bit more savory, so add a little more garlic or paprika. If you like it spicy, you can always add a little sriracha too.
I also like to leave this yum yum sauce recipe a little thicker when I use it as a dipping sauce by adding less water. Then adding a little more water to thin the sauce out to use for drizzling over my favorite rice bowl.

A little sweet, a little savory and a whole lot of creamy and delicious. This Yum Yum Sauce is easy to make and perfect for dipping and drizzling.
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 Tablespoon butter, melted
1–2 Tablespoons water
1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients besides the water and stir together until combined.
2. Add a Tablespoon of water, stir again. If you prefer a slightly more thin and drizzly sauce, add one more Tablespoon water. Taste test and add more garlic, sugar, or salt depending on your taste preference.
3. Drizzle or dip on you favorite dishes. Goes great with Asian dishes, chicken sandwiches, nuggets dipping, or rice bowls.
4. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
